When questioned about his interest in motivational programs for public
and private school children, he answered "Well, that's a long story.
After college, I was hired by the educational division of Reader's Digest Magazine,
the company for which my father had worked for twenty-six years.
I did motivational speaking in public and private schools. The success for
the Reader's Digest program depended largely upon the degree of motivation
the students had to reach the goals they had set for themselves.
I was fascinated by the enthusiasm they could generate through a positive
mental attitude and a willingness to work. They accomplished some very
difficult tasks, I used my magic to make these presentations more fun!”
Mr. White was the youngest man hired in the history of that company.
In less than three years, he reached a level of unprecedented success.
In 1974, he began offering his professional services to schools.
His programs are structured in a manner to hold the attention of the
youngsters with his fascinating trickery, humor, and audience participation,
while creating a receptive atmosphere to deliver his motivational messages.
Mr. White’s messages emphasize positive mental attitude, healthy self-image,
and eliminating the fear of failure. He promotes the desire to succeed and
instills self-confidence. He teaches girls and boys that they can reach
unbelievable heights, any goal they set for themselves, if they will just put their
burning desires into action.
As a sleight of hand expert, he is recognized nationally.
Among magicians, he is an author, a teacher, and lecturer.
In schools, he uses his combined talents to encourage our young people to do their best.
